Patsy has served as President of Bay Area Escrow Services since her acquisition of the Corporation in 1991. While continuously working for over 35 years in escrow, she has gained extensive experience in all areas of personal and business transactions. In 1998 Patsy earned her Professional Designation as Certified Senior Escrow Officer - Bulk Sale Specialist from the California Escrow Association. She currently has the privilege of serving as President on the Board of Alameda County Escrow Association.

After working for over 15 years in sales and finance in the auto industry, Juan then became the Chief Financial Officer and Operator of Bay Area Escrow Services. For the past 15 years he has overseen and organized the daily financial activities of our company while making sure all financial reports are accurate and completed in a timely manner. Juan plays a major role in the success of the business, as he analyzes financial structure and suggests plans for improvement.
Amie began her career in Escrow in 1997, first as an Escrow Assistant, and quickly moving to an Escrow Officer focusing on residential resale and refinance transactions for 10 years. After an 8 year career in Wealth Management she has found her way back to doing what she loves, Escrow. She comes to Bay Area Escrow with over 20 years of providing excellent customer service in the Real Estate, Escrow and Finance industry.
Denise began her career in the Real Estate industry in 1991 with extensive knowledge in title and escrow. She has been a leader in the title department as a customer service manager and title officer. She transitioned into escrow in 2001 as an escrow assistant. She joined Bay Area Escrow Services in January 2016 with more than 20 years of experience in all facets of the market.
